Submissions
Users may transmit creative suggestions to the Publication that are ideas, notes, concepts, information or other materials. By doing so you grant us worldwide, non-exclusive, assignable, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, sell, offer for sale such materials in any media or form for any purpose whatsoever without compensation. Users may not offer any advice to any members of the Platform, attempt to get personal advice, disclose or share personal investment results or information to other members, or share any personal information on the website/platform. Users of the Site agree that member ideas, suggestions, or posts are not to be acted on whatsoever and are in no way personalised investment advice. You agree that associated personnel and members ideas are not actionable or investment advice and are just suggestions to the Publication. Use of the “like” button on any post does not indicate an endorsement or personal recommendation.

Access Duration
Subject to compliance with these terms and conditions, the User (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User") is granted access to the Materials for a duration as follows: If you have purchased strategies or courses, your access will be granted for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of your access initiation or purchase. If you have purchased EHP (Effective Habitual Practice) bundle package(s), your access will be granted for a period of either six (6) months or one (1) year, depending on your specific purchase.
You acknowledge that the access duration specified above is based on the type of product or package you have purchased and is subject to the terms outlined in these terms and conditions. With this modification, it clarifies that the access duration is dependent on the type of purchase (strategies, courses, or EHP) and provides information on the specific access periods for each.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Feibel Trading Ltd and related Sites and Services.
Registration
To gain access to www.acmetrades.com You must create an account. User names must keep you anonymous unless you choose otherwise. The Company can refuse to grant you a username that we believe may give a clue to your real identity if the Company deems appropriate. We may also refuse any name that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, impersonates someone else, may be in violation of a trademark or copyright, or is hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or inappropriate. Political references are prohibited on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself when prompted to register and keep this information updated.
You are responsible for anything that is posted or occurs with Your account;
You may not share Your username or password and are responsible to maintain that information. If this information is breeched You must notify us immediately at support@acmetrades.com if you are aware of unauthorised use, theft, or disclosure of your data. You may log in using 1 IP address at a time, simultaneous log-ins are strictly prohibited regardless of device type. You are responsible for your account while Your password is being used and for any omissions you may have made.
Revisions
Feibel Trading Ltd reserves the right at any time to: Revise all terms from time to time without notice;
Change, eliminate, or discontinue any content and/or features of the Site;
Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement by posting the changes to the Site and updating the latest terms of Service and/or disclaimer;
Change fees associated with using the Site at our discretion.
Feibel Trading Ltd may provide users and visitors with access to the following content via its website or any other medium (all Terms and Conditions are covered under the disclaimer):
1) Paid educational content and materials in all forms of media including but not limited to forums, blog posts, third party content, to video for which You pay a subscription fee to access.
2) Free content written by associated personnel or third-party contractors or guests in all media formats including but not limited to forums, blogs, videos, to but not limited to emails and more.
Items 1 and 2 above are referred to herein as “the Services.” Rates can be found on our website or by contacting us via email at support@acmetrades.com.
Terms and Conditions changes will be effective immediately after posted to the Terms and Conditions page on www.acmetrades.com and the date it was last changed will be updated on the page. The date of last change should be checked regularly in order to stay up to date with the new terms.
Attorney’s Fees and Costs
Any suit, action or other legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this agreement by a subscriber, free user, website visitor, or member shall be brought only in UK courts and under UK Law. Any legal action brought by any User of the Site from these terms or any dispute regarding claims, breaches, or misrepresentations, whether or not a lawsuit is actually filed, shall not be entitled to attorneys’ fees and costs. Feibel Trading Ltd shall be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees from prevailing in litigation brought by any User of the Site and will determine the amount of those attorneys’ fees and costs owed that party.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable or unlawful for any reason then that provision shall be deemed severable from the disclaimer and the remaining provisions are enforceable. Any default or breach by either party to this agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent or preceding default or breach. Additionally, we may require You to sign a paper copy of the disclaimer if You become a member.

Any modifications and revisions to this Agreement shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be provided by means including, but not limited to, posting on this website, or by electronic or conventional mail. Continued access and use of the Feibel Trading website following any such modifications or revisions shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
